Timberline Tours offers Jeep adventures, Stand-Up Paddle boarding, and rafting trips to groups small and large, families, friends, and co-workers. Top of the Rockies Zip Line

Top of the Rockies Zip Line is only 30 minutes from Vail and offers an unforgettable experience as you fly over the Continental Divide near the 11,000 foot summit of Freemont Pass. From the zip line you will have spectacular views of Mt. Arkansas as well as three of the famous Fourteeners. The air is crisp and cool year round in this high alpine area. Triple G Outfitters

Triple G Outfitters offers horseback riding every day of the week, with the opportunity to choose from many different riding options. Their trail rides range from one hour to a half day in the saddle and allow both those who have experience and those not used to being in the saddle to have a great time. They also have advanced rides in more technical terrain, as well as have a large number of horses to match any level rider.

Vilar Performing Arts Center

The Vilar Performing Arts Center is located in the heart of Beaver Creek Resort and seats 530 people. It is owned and operated by the Vail Valley Foundation, which presents a variety of year-round performances including concerts, comedy, dance, classical, Broadway musicals and more.

Walking Mountains Science Center

The mission of the Walking Mountains Science Center is to awaken a sense of wonder within all who step foot in the center. This can be accomplished through natural science education carried out through professionals, graduate students, and volunteers who deliver programs to thousands of people. The Center offers school, community and graduate programs and encourages each person to take a walk and change the world.

Whitewater Park

Whether you are a seasoned paddler or a curious sightseer, Avon’s Whitewater Park offers an exhilarating and fun freestyle kayaking experience. Located just blocks south of the town center, directly under “Bob the Bridge” on Avon Road, Avon’s new Whitewater Park is 350 feet in length. The Park offers a spectator viewing terrace and large flat boulders along the river’s edge for seating.

Winterhawk Dogsled Adventures

Winterhawk Dogsled Adventures offers a memorable experience in the Vail Valley, fun for groups of friends and families. They have multiple tours to choose from, you can snuggle under the blanket and let an experienced guide do all the work or get on the runners and drive the sled. This tour requires no experience and no specific level of fitness. They offer an adventure tour which is run at their remote cabin site at the foot of two of Colorado's highest peaks. This tour is interactive so you can help harness the dogs and drive your own team. Their trail winds around 80 foot tall lodgepole pines, abandoned gold mines, and old miners cabins. This is also one of very few companies that offer summer tours with ATVs for a unique adventure any season!

Zip Adventures

Located just 15 miles outside of Vail, Zip Adventures is the place to go for fun with friends or family. This locally owned zip line tour company pffers 6 different zip lines that even cross over the Colorado mountain river. The longest zip line they offer is over 1000 feet while you can soar 200 feet above the river. The operators also share their knowledge on flowers, fauna and wildlife surrounding the area. If you have a group coming to town you can schedule team building exercises or you can join in with other groups, make friends and have some high flying fun! This is a truly unforgettable experience.
